Food penetrates and nourishes each cell in our body. Below are immune boosting, body healing recipes that were mainstays in my home during treatment and still today. Self care starts here.
Abundant Health Smoothie
Antioxidant packed, immune boosting and densely nourishing. Cherries have some of the highest vitamin C content (essential for knocking out disease) and all the protein and fats to absorb all the nutrition. Making it with love and consuming it with love, it was medicine for my body and soul.
Blend Together:
1/2 Cup Cherries (or other berries)*
8 oz. Coconut Water*
3 Tbsp Collagen Hydrolysate
1 Tbsp Sprouted Nut Butter or Sunbutter*
3 Egg Yolks*
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil*
1-2 Tbsp Ghee
1-2 Tbsp of raw cocoa powder*

Crock Pot Chaga Tea
Chaga tea is a known immune modulator, anti-tumor and anti-cancer agent with incredible detoxification properties. Also, the antioxidant benefits from chaga mushrooms are unbelievable. Chaga mushrooms also increase the activity of natural killer cells in the body by 300%. Like many plants, the chaga mushrooms have been used for thousands of years in herbal medicines and remedies around the world.
Directions: Place 1 large chunk of chaga in the slow cooker and fill it with filtered water. Set it on low and brew for 6+ hours or overnight. You’ll want a rich black color as shown in the picture.
When it’s done you can either transfer it to a glass jar and refrigerate, or brew it perpetually, by keeping it in the slow cooker on low and add the same amount of water as what you take. Drink 1 cup a day. This lasts about a week.
